Our First Aid Course Coolangatta sessions run at the Kirra Hill Cultural & Community Centre, overlooking Kirra and Coolangatta. Training takes place in the Jan Derbidge Room—please look for our A-frame sign at the base of the stairs when you arrive.
Getting there is simple. Parking is available at the centre and on surrounding streets, with additional parking along Powell Crescent. Public transport stops are also located nearby, making the venue easy to access from across the southern Gold Coast.

We recommend students complete the online learning before attending the practical assessment. This is even more important if it is the first time completing training in your specific course. We understand life can get busy and some students may not have time or have extenuating circumstances. Please let your trainer know if you are yet to complete the online learning. If students are unable to fully complete the online learning before the practical assessment they will have 60 days to finish before the course is abandoned and students will have to book another course.

Online learning times vary depending on the course. Most students complete online learning for short courses like Provide CPR in 30-45 minutes. More advanced courses like Provide First Aid will take most students 2-3 hours to complete. You don’t have to complete the online learning in one session. You can work through it at your own pace.

You'll need your full name and email address to complete the booking. When logging in to training desk to complete your enrolment you will then also need to provide a phone number, address and USI.
If you're booking for a workplace group, we may also request a business name, contact details and preferred training location.
