- On-site training is charged per person, with a minimum on-site fee of $700 per session. This ensures the course remains viable to run regardless of final attendee numbers.
- Please request a quote for exact per-person training costs via the form below.
- If a student can’t attend, and they’re on your invoice, they can join a public course at no extra cost.
- You can send a replacement student instead, as long as you let us know before training starts.
- The balance is due on the day of training.
- Certificates are only released once payment is finalised.
- No rescheduling or cancellation within 7 days of your booking date.
- Provide a safe, suitable training space with access to bathrooms and power.
- Ensure students complete any pre-course learning and bring photo ID.
- Students must be able to meet language, literacy, and physical requirements.
- Certificates are emailed once the course is completed and payment is received.
- We follow national compliance standards and may withhold certificates if requirements aren’t met.
